Refund policy

Mayra Jewelry does not provide cash or original-payment refunds.

Approved returns are eligible for:

  • An exchange, or
  • Store credit

To qualify for a return, the jewelry must be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with its original packaging and any included materials.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Before returning an item, you must contact Mayra Jewelry to request return authorization.

Please include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing any damage.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending or bringing the jewelry back.

Return Shipping

Customers should not ship jewelry back until return approval has been provided.

Return shipping costs, carrier requirements, and instructions will be confirmed during the approval process. Mayra Jewelry is not responsible for unauthorized returns or items lost or damaged during return transit.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all approved returns.

Store Credit

Approved store credit will be issued after the returned jewelry has been received and inspected. Store credit may be used toward another eligible purchase from Mayra Jewelry and has no cash value.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. Any remaining balance from a lower-priced exchange may be issued as store credit.
