Mayra Jewelry may offer financing or installment-payment options through third-party providers.

Approval, payment schedules, interest, fees, eligibility, and account management are controlled by the applicable financing provider and may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

Mayra Jewelry does not guarantee approval and is not responsible for decisions made by third-party financing providers.

Questions regarding an approved financing account should be directed to the applicable provider.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Orders may be shipped through FedEx or UPS.

All shipments are:

  • Insured while in transit

  • Sent with tracking information

  • Shipped with signature confirmation required

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Mayra Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect address information, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Section 7 — Returns, Store Credit, and Exchanges

Mayra Jewelry does not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method unless required by law.

Approved returns are eligible for:

  • Store credit, or

  • An exchange

Damaged jewelry may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and prior approval.

Before returning any item, customers must contact Mayra Jewelry for return authorization.

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

If an exchanged item costs more than the original item, the customer must pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance may be issued as store credit.

Risk of loss and responsibility for an order may transfer according to applicable law and the shipping carrier’s delivery records.

Signature confirmation is required to help protect both the customer and Mayra Jewelry.

However, purchases made through this website are transactions directly between the customer and Mayra Jewelry.
