Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Mayra Jewelry ships orders through FedEx or UPS. All shipments are:

• Fully insured while in transit
• Sent with tracking information
• Shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Mayra Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

For security purposes, packages cannot be left unattended when a signature is required.

Damaged Jewelry

Please inspect your jewelry as soon as it is delivered. If your item arrives damaged, contact Mayra Jewelry promptly so we can review the issue and assist you.

Damaged jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval.
